By Amazon Customer I purchased this book for the high altitude adjustments seen on the title page when viewing this book on Amazon "Look Inside". However, there is a chart missing. For example, the Hearty Chili on pages 40-41 refers to a high altitude chart for adjusting pressure when using a pressure cooker. There is a chart for time adjustments for non-pressure cooking, but not pressure adjustment. I attempted to contact publisher, but the website listed on cover doesn't exist. No other contact information was provided in the book. This book may be a good idea but needs a professional editor and someone to take responsibility for the content. It seems rather shady that on the last page it shows a printing date of 9/19/2015 and a non-existent website in bold letters on back cover.

The soups,stews, and chillis come out so amazing their to die for. The fact that after you create a delicious treat then you can even preserve it to be enjoyed later is the bees knees.
