Good recipes for doing the Ketogenic diet By Ronda McFalls I have been following a low carb diet for around a 1 1/2 years but was interested in trying the ketogenic diet. This book has been an eye opener & has several recipes to help me understand how this diet works & how it differs from the regular low carb diet that I have been doing.
