I find this interesting since most cookbooks don't tackle entirely for seafood meals. Unlike other books, this book really have seafood recipes and I was caught by surprise that there is so much that I haven't discovered yet that are so tempting to eat. You will definitely enjoy your meals by starting with a variety of recipes to choose from and even create your very own with the help and ideas gained thru this wonderful book.

By Daniel Robert This book will be a great book for anyone who is looking to get some home made yet very tasty quiche in their home. It is filled with the information you need to cook like start time, yield time, preparation time and all. The recipes are quite well set up and are explained in a great manner. The directions are easy to follow. Best of all we will be eating fresh, nothing complicated and dare I say "healthy" meals. There is a lot of variety, from ham and cheese to more complex ones for more rich flavors. Now I have the dishes I need in all meals and occasions all written in a way that is very easy to understand. Thank you for sharing your heart in these recipes. If you are first timer for preparing quiche, surely this book will give you an upper hand! This is the best quiche recipes book around! I really enjoyed reading this!
