It contains very valuable information and teaching that can be applied in practical life. Knowledgeable books that are written on sexual purity and the issues surrounding this subject are very few and lacks transparency. This book provides a very transparent teaching and personal experience of the most important part of sexual issues that most people face, especially teenagers. If u are a parent and want to coach your teenage children in their struggle to manage their sexual desire this book will be a great manual for you. It contains all the steps u need.
