By Jeff Szuhay I liked the variety of recipes but some of them had incomplete ingredients or confusing instructions (especially making Hollandaise sauce for eggs Benedict).The nutritional advice is lame as is the grouping together of range-free and cage-free chickens. They are not the same!Also, I believe some advice on what to look for in an organic egg is sadly missing (not just color of yolk but also thickness of shell and toughness of amniotic sac). Clearly the author doesn't understand the difference between European egg production and American egg production.
