This was a dirty talk lovers wet dream come true...and I mean like DA---YUM...Xander, while he's arrogant, overbearing, controlling, filthy mouthed, hot as hell, he's got s*** going on that we don't really know about...we're given just enough to know his life isn't all roses...Isla, aka Red, is my idol. I LOVE her!She is feisty, stubborn and has learned to go after what she wants! She is really the perfect complement to Xander! Whoever said opposites attract never met his other half, I'm almost sure of it.The byplay between the characters is AWESOME and the writing is fantastic. I've loved every freaking filthy dirty word! And the cliffy? Oh my...while I new something was coming...damn...so glad I have The Redeemer at hand.4.5 StarsThe RedeemerStarts right off where we were...OMG...Vengeance is MINE sayeth Isla, the fierce redhead! She is still my idol...really I freaking LOVE her, even though she really has problems...I know she'll get beyond them, so even if I don't approve of how she's dealing, of course she'll come through it. This story was a thrill a minute...you wanted to hate Isla...yet you wanted to love her still...you want to hate Xander, but really, could you? I think not. Another fabulously written story leading readers to adore JD Chase and become a stalker..hmmm, I didn't own up to that did I? You know what? Holy Guacamole...I need to cool off after reading this story. Xander is a calm, cool, collected smooth talker who knows what he wants. This was my first book of J.D. Chase to read and it wont be my last. I enjoyed this story enough to find out what the heck is going to happen, that I got book two. I was so excited to read this book that I sat down and devoured it in one sitting. A book has to be good for me to keep on reading with out getting distracted. This book did it!!
