I went to Serbia once, visited Belgrade, Novi Sad and few more cities, and I loved the people, the nature and especially the food! Just look out for Sarma if you go there, it's amazing! That's way I knew this cookbook will be amazing, just like that amazing country. Recipes are included for all of my favorite dishes, many of them with high quality photos of the completed dish and photos of the procedures to get there. There is also information on each dish, giving some background, suggestions and history on each dish. It's written in a very engaging, personable style. Each dish is healthful and even contains various options on each dish. My favorite so far is Traditional Puffy Rolls. Amazing! The book is great, and I recommend it to everyone.
