It was jam packed with scrumptious recipes that are wheat free. Recipes for all meals that are easy to prepare with ingredients that are really easy to come by. I found the meals delicious and enjoyed those that I prepared. My mrs as well had given them the thumbs up. I feel more energized already simp,y by kicking the wheat.

Now, I don't have to be conscious while eating my snacks and meals because there are already healthy alternatives that I can use when cooking. I'll make sure I'll follow all these healthy, unique and simple recipes. Anyway, I love the Strawberry Apple Sherbet! It's so easy to prepare. I never thought healthy food can be so delicious!
