Professor Chef Bourque of da Food School By Matthew Wallace Growing up in south Louisiana as a kid I learned how to eat right, but wasn't old enough to learn to cook it right. Then after moving to north MS in middle school I forgot what little I remembered. But now I'm in NC and am teaching these folks how to eat well. Chef Bourque has been helping me via video for a while and now I'm so excited to have it in writing. Aieeee!

By Scott Woodhams The food in this book is the most authentic Cajun recipes, I have ever come across. Having lived in the bayous of Louisiana, I can assure you this is the real deal. If Cajun is your thing, or great food is your thing, this book is for you. Chef Boutique is hilarious! I've watched his videos on YouTube too. Great book!
