The Bennett family had just moved into the old mansion across town. Bobby's father had dreamed of owning this home since childhood. The house was creepy and ominous; Bobby Bennett found he didn’t like it all that much. When Bobby explores the attic and discovers an old radio that was ‘cool’ enough to put in his bedroom, things begin to happen. Strange, evil things! First the eerie whispers in the night, then the ghostly image... it wants Bobby to do unspeakable deeds. And most importantly, it wants to ‘replace’! Bobby is terrified when he finally finds out what that truly means! But is Bobby only dreaming... or is this nightmare for real? He wasn’t sure until tragedy struck his new friend. Evil can hide in the strangest and most innocent of places. Can Bobby resist the demands of the ghost who is driven by the ‘Demon from Hell’ before it is too late for his family... and himself?

Review "Quite scary. I highly recommend if you like creepy ghost horror stories. Had some BOO moments! Love it and recommend for teens on up. Read a few other horror stories by this author and she does a good job to frighten. Page turner...you won't be disappointed." - Richard, reviewer

About the Author Deborah McClatchey has been writing fiction on a variety of subjects for both adults and kids since the '90's, with a preference for writing about the supernatural. The whole idea of something left in a house by the previous occupants is creepy. Fortunately the writing is gripping and the quick pace keeps the pages turning, making for a fast, but still scary read.

Deborah McClatchey's "Tuning In To Terror," certainly sends delicious chills up and down your spine.Ghosts, evil beings...Yes! Haunted house, haunted objects...an old radio tuned into the netherworld...frightfully so!Tune into the Benson family for a ride into terror. Don't read this book at night, or alone in a big house where previous tenants might have left a few relics laying around. Be prepared to be scared!

Interesting, Intense and Haunting Ghost Story By Angel I always found stories about haunted houses fascinating—pretty scary but fascinating—and this one was a real treat.Tuning In To Terror is the interesting story of Bobby, who moves into a ghostly house with his family. After he finds an old radio in the attic, strange/scary/evil things start to happen. The book is quite intense and frightening, and the reader keeps on wondering what that “presence” is and what does it want from Bobby. It’s a good read for adults and maybe teenagers who like horror stories, but not for younger children.**Note: I received a complimentary copy of this book in exchange for an honest and unbiased review
