Every year when the state tests roll around, school life gets crazy and chaotic. This affects students as well as the teachers. The fear-mongering that accompanies the testing institution is well-represented--from the guidance counselor to the student who struggles to pass the tests.Recommended reading for anyone with a child in the system.

Get an inside view of how students and teachers really feel about testing. Also learn who your teachers really are and the impact they have on society. I almost cried a few times and it gave me a renewed sense of fight for I am a teacher!

Ms Sandy is certainly BadAss when she walks out before administering the state test to her students.
